A committal service will take place at Westerleigh Crematorium on Monday 16th September at 11.45 a.m. for family and close friends.
This will be followed by a Celebration of Pat's Life at Minchinhampton Baptist Church at 1.45 p.m. where all are welcome to attend.
Parking is available at The Hub on Tobacconist Road, GL6 9JJ and is just a short 200m walk to the church.
The family request that bright clothing be worn.
